It is designed for the air capacity requirement bigger than 4m3/min 40bar, which is suitable for 4000-18000BPH500ml blowing machine and 2000-4000BPH 5L blowing machine.
Its basic design language is combine the screw air compressor with a booster, this way, the screw air compressor can act as the first stage from 8-12bar, and booster can act second stage for 30-40bar.
As it is water cooling and the booster is oil free model, this way, it is has more advantage for longer shelf life, less maintain and more clean air supply than the traditional model.
System technical features:
Front section: The twin-screw compressor is used to inhale and compress the natural air under 1 standard atmospheric pressure through the rotary motion of the male and female rotors, increasing the natural air pressure to 0.6-1.2MPa; making full use of the stability of the high-speed rotation of the screw to complete large exhaust Pre-treatment of compressed air, volume reduction, pressure increase; efficient and stable.
Rear section: The piston booster can increase the pressure to 1.6~30MPa through the multi-stage piston booster; the multi-stage piston booster can adopt the boosting method of oil-free lubrication or micro-oil lubrication to make full use of the piston booster The reliability of high-pressure sealing is achieved under the condition of high-pressure gas pressurization, and the efficient combination of the two finally provides customers with an efficient, stable, energy-saving and safe compressed air system.
