Automatic Bottle Unscrambler Machine

The disordered bottles are carried into the storing bottle section by elevator. With the help of the rotating disk, the bottles enter their position. With the function of the turning bottle device and the air-flow, the bottles are ordered into bottle mouth-up-position and are carried into the next process with the air-transferring type conveying bottle system. The machine adopts PLC computer control, frequency control to adjust its production capacity. It has a screener to automatically remove non-standard bottles.

Work Flow

1.Firstly, pour the bottle into the elevator bucket manually; 

2. The elevator sends the bottle to the sorting warehouse of the bottle sorting machine; 

3. The bottles are put into the bin of the bottle sorting machine for sorting. When sorting, the bottles are inverted and straightened by the bottle turning mechanism, while the bottles are not inverted and directly passed through the bottle turning mechanism.
