The screw air compressor is very common seen in all industrial production.
It mainly consists of two rotating screws and its housing. One of the screws is called the driving screw, which drives the other screw to rotate, which is called the driven screw.
Two screws rotate simultaneously inside the housing, causing the air to be compressed and pushed into the compressed air container.

PIO offers complete, high quality rotary screw air compressors. They come configured as belt driven (7.5kw-18.5kw), optional gear driven, direct driven (22kw –200kw) with discharge pressures from 0.7Mpa to 1.3Mpa. Water-cooled and air cooled units are available. PLC is a common feature for this series and is included in VSD packages.
