Bottle Rinsing

The bottles are conveyed by the air conveyor from the blowing machine or the bottle uncrambler, through a star wheel they are sent to the rinsing section for bottle cleaning. Bottle clampers are installed on the rotary rinsing machine, bottles will be turned 180° by a clamper along the guide rail to make the bottle mouth face down. The rinse water, which is normally from the water treatment, will be sprayed out from the nozzle of the rinser to rinse the inside and outside wall of the bottle. After the bottle is rinsed and drained, it is held by the bottle holder and turned over 180° along the guide rail to make the bottle mouth upward. Next step, clean bottles will be sent from the bottle rinsing machine through the star wheel to the filling machine.

Bottle Filling

The washed bottles are sent from the bottle rinsing machine through the star wheel to the filling machine. Bottles are held and transported by the bottle neck support plate. bottles will be lowered down and raised up under the action of the cam, this action can control the valve open and close.
Filling adopts pressure filling method(pressure filling options for high speed). After filling, the filling valve rises to leave the bottle mouth, and the bottle enters the capping machine through the bottleneck transition wheel.

Bottle Capping

The anti-rotation knife on the capping machine clamps the neck of the bottle to keep the bottle still and prevent rotation. The capping head keeps revolving and rotating on the capping machine, and under the action of the cam, it realizes the actions of cap grasping cap, putting cap, screwing caps, and send out the final bottles. The finished bottle is conveyed from the capping machine to the belt conveyors and sent to the next working staitons.
