Air Conveyer
- Air conveyor is fixed on the floor, with fan installed on the top.
-Each air fan speed is adjustable with separate control cabinet, easy adapt for different bottle weight and shapes.
-Air filter is positioned at every entrance of air fan, to prevent dust blown into bottles.
-Bottles are held on the neck in the conveyor and transported into filling machine by blowing power.
-All are made of stainless steel SUS 304 /316.

Washing Part

Filling Part

Capping Part
- Place and capping system, electromagnetic capping heads, with burden discharge function, make sure minimum bottle crash during capping

- The capping head adopts constant torque magnetic device to guarantee capping quality Defective rate ≤0.2%
- If run out caps, alarm will be set to notice the operator and stop machine immediately
Lubrication System
- Automatic lubricate with grease gun and grease pump for all the rotate bearing point

Others
-All the filling machine with transparent fiber glass roof, during the maintain, this roof can be opened and easy for maintain, during machine operation, it is a small clean room to make sure the filling area clean and tidy.
-Separate control cabinet with SUS304 cover and high legs, all the holes in this cabinet are sealed with rubber and equipped with strong air fans, on one hand protect any water and liquid goes into the electrical, on the other hand keep the inside box dry and constant temperature
-Outlet part with automatic detector if there is bottle jam, machine will stop and restart automatically after conveyor is not jam.
-High lightness lamp to show the details of the bottle after filling, if any flaw on the cap and bottles, bottles can be find easily.
We supply flexible automatic camera detect and reject device, it can find and reject bottles with bad caps, bad bottles, wrong filling liquid level and wrong labeled bottles.
-Bottles transmission adopt clip bottleneck technology, bottle-shaped transform not need to adjust the equipment level, only change related the curved plate, wheel and nylon parts is enough.
