According to the process characteristics of the high-temperature filling production line, the special supporting equipment for the production line developed by ourselves will roll the product after filling and sealing, and use the high temperature of the product itself to sterilize the bottle cap for a certain period of time to ensure the quality of the product.

The bottle inverse sterilizer beverage machine is mainly used in sterilizing PET bottle mouth and inside surface of caps.

1. The machine uses SUS304 stainless steel, simple and concise structure, beautiful appearance, easy to operate. 

2.The machine adopts imported transmission chain, double chain synchronous drive, the chain is stainless steel plastic steel torsional chain, the surface of the large chain is equipped with temperature-resistant rubber head, and maintain each other rotation, stable and reliable, no damage to the bottle body, the transmission speed can be stepless adjusted.

The inverted bottle sterilization system realizes automatic flipping sterilization and self-reset, and the filled drink is automatically inverted by 90 degrees, and the high temperature of the bottle cap and the inner wall of the bottle are sterilized again. After completion, the bottle is automatically discharged. There is no need to add any heat source, to achieve the purpose of energy saving. 

5. The length and size of the inverted bottle sterilization system is calculated according to the required hourly filling output. The sterilization time is 15-40 seconds for users to choose, and the transmission chain speed can be adjusted. 

6. The bottle sterilization system is generally used with the spraying cooling equipment. After the bottle sterilization, the spray cooling equipment is connected through the conveyor belt to cool the bottle to complete the whole sterilization cooling process, so as to ensure the effect of juice filling.
