Warm bottle machine is a tunnel type spray equipment, through the circulation of hot water spraying heat exchange heating bottle body, permanent three temperature zone (can also be designed more temperature zone). The import and export of the warm bottle machine adopt dynamic transition to reduce crushing bottle and manual intervention.
Cooling tunnel machine:This machine is suitable for pasteurization of glass bottles, cans, PET bottles and some soft packaging products after filling. It is also suitable for spray cooling of PET bottles after hot filling. It can also be used for warm bottle of gas-containing drinks after filling. Automatic continuous bottling and bottling, so that the traditional filling line of continuous and automatic covering sterilization and packaging. There are four temperature zones: temperature rise, heat preservation, precooling and cooling. According to the process requirements, through the PID control pneumatic film regulating valve accurately control temperature rise, insulation and precooling each section temperature, through the frequency control can adjust the insulation sterilization time.
